WHAT TO EXPECT
SUNDAY SERVICE: Every Sunday at 9:30am
YOUTH PROGRAMS: After worship portion of service
A typical morning starts with announcements then a time of worship music, congregational scripture reading, communion and a sermon. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming and uplifting to all who enter. Our services consist of traditional elements such as scripture readings and communion, as well as worship music and a sermon. Our desire is that when people walk out the door they are better equipped to run the race in this life than when they came in.
CONGREGATIONAL SCRIPTURE
There is an appreciated tradition in the beginning of each service for a few minutes. Anyone can read a verse from any portion of the Bible with everyone standing at their seats. This is as God inspires individuals with a specific verse through the week.
COMMUNION
Each Sunday, Holy Communion is extended to any who have confessed a true relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. This is an internal confession between you and your Savior. First the bread and then the individual cups are passed in the chairs. After each element is received, they are held until all have been served. The pulpit serving team will pray and signal the taking of each element.
THE MESSAGE
Elder/Pastor Mike Coss preaches in our Sunday worship services, and the other elders fill in intermittently. Typically, we follow a three-and-one weeks rotation.
